### Shipping Policy

By completing a purchase with NAILFEIN, you agree to our shipping and delivery policy.

#### ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that high order volumes may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.



#### SHIPPING RATES

- **USPS Standard Shipping:** $5.00
- **USPS Standard Shipping on orders over $25:** FREE
- **FedEx Two Day Shipping:** $12.00
- **FedEx Next Day Shipping:** $30.00

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns.

#### SHIPPING

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time.

- **USPS Standard Shipping:** Delivery within 3-5 business days (excluding processing time) within the US.
- **FedEx Two Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping:** Orders must be placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 pm EST to be processed the same day. FedEx delivers Monday through Friday only. Note that expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes.

*Orders over $300.00 will require a signature upon delivery.

#### DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to dispatch your orders promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit. For substantial delays, we recommend contacting your local post office with your tracking number to expedite the process. Once the order is with the carrier, we have no additional information and suggest contacting the carrier for any concerns.

#### DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 5 business days to [info@nailfein.com](mailto:info@nailfein.com) with images of the damaged products. Claims received after 5 business days will not be processed. Please retain all damaged packaging materials, including the box and contents, to assist with the damage claim process.

#### HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During the holiday season, shipping carriers experience high volumes which can delay deliveries. At NAILFEIN, we work hard to process and ship your orders promptly but cannot be responsible for transit delays during this time. To ensure timely delivery, please shop early.

#### LOST ITEMS

We are not responsible for lost items. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, double-check the delivery address on your order. If correct, contact your local post office. You can file a missing mail search with USPS 15 days after the initial delivery date. Please share this search ID with us for further assistance and reach out to Customer Service within one month of the delivery date. Inquiries after one month will not be accepted.

#### MISSING ITEMS

If items are missing from your order, please verify your order/shipping confirmation to ensure they were ordered. We will replace missing items with the same product if available, or handle it on a case-by-case basis if out of stock. Report missing items within 5 days of delivery to [info@nailfein.com](mailto:info@nailfein.com).


#### FAILED DELIVERY

If your order is returned due to failed delivery, we will process a return for the order. Shipping fees will not be refunded if the delivery failure was due to customer error.

#### INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. Even if notified before order fulfillment, we may not be able to modify the address in time. If an incorrect address results in delivery to the wrong location, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. You may contact the current resident or submit a missing mail request to USPS to retrieve your package.

#### INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Currently, we do not ship internationally.
